My production company Bostock Media has produced web videos for Columbus
Coffee, Giapo, Grow Your Biz, Frog Recruitment, Mi5 Security, YMCA and
Competenz.
I am currently working as a marketing assistant at Reactive, a digital
marketing agency, and South Seas, a film and television school.
This year my plan is to get a secondary teaching diploma and become a
high school teacher. My preference is to teach Media Studies at a high
school in Auckland.
With over 5 years experience in the media industry, I have done it all.
I have delivered presentations to 500+ people (about the impact of
digital, web video and social media) at Grow Your Biz, The Depot
Artspace and Design Assembly.
I wrote, directed and hosted a web show about social media, The Social
Life, an independent production that ran for six episodes earning a
combined total of 68,309+ views on YouTube.
I have written film reviews for View New Zealand, volunteered to manage
Facebook pages for my local community and worked on the publicity
campaign for Wound, a New Zealand horror film directed by David Blyth.
It all began when I graduated University at 19 and made my first film Hey Beautiful, which was featured on the front page of YouTube Australia and New Zealand. The film has been watched 36,000+ times.
